LEADERSHIP TRAINER
An opportunity is available for a Leadership Trainer to design and conduct training programs that develop leadership competencies, strengthen people management skills, and enhance organizational performance. The role focuses on equipping professionals with the tools to lead effectively and drive team success.
Qualifications:

Strong expertise in leadership development, team management, and organizational behavior.

Proven experience in facilitating corporate training or leadership workshops.

Ability to create engaging, practical, and results-oriented learning modules.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Certified Trainer/Facilitator or equivalent training experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field an advantage.
